1 Lb Shrimp
1-2 Tbs Teeny Tiny Spice Co. of Vermont® Cajun Spice
1 Tbs Olive oil or butter
- Shell and de-vein the shrimp.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun Spice until evenly coated.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium high heat.
- Add the spiced shrimp to the pan and toss occasionally.
- Cook until done, about 3 minutes.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
