Our variation of Citrus Pepper is best described as pepper with a pop. It is a flavorful mixture of black peppercorn, orange and lemon zest, paprika and juniper berry with a bit of onion and garlic. It is great as a finishing spice, used wherever you might use table pepper. It is also great rubbed on fish, shellfish, chicken or any meat. It is wonderful on grilled vegetables, in salad dressings, on your scrambled eggs or on popcorn. Use it on everything! Citrus Pepper is one of our salt-free blends.
