There is peppercorn spiciness but no chili heat, making it a mild blend that is extremely versatile. Use it as a meat rub, mix it into ground meats to make burgers or meatballs, or add it to flavor mashed potatoes or lentils. It is also tasty in sauces or mixed into the ricotta cheese in a lasagna.
