For a more citrusy dressing, you can substitute the Citrus Pepper spice blend in place of the Shepherd Herb Mix.  Either one will do nicely.  This recipe should dress a family-sized salad.

3 Tbs         Olive oil
1 1/2 Tbs   Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs         Grade B maple syrup
1/4 tsp      Salt
2 tsp          Stone-ground mustard
1 tsp          Teeny Tiny Spice Co. of Vermont^® Shepherd Herb Mix
1/2 tsp      Fresh-squeezed lime juice
