Ras El Hanout
Many many years ago I bought my first can of Ras El Hanout at my local food co-op. The recipe for the simple tagine was affixed to the lid. I had young children at the time and the entire family loved the dish. Remember posting on Facebook that it was restaurant quality and I couldn’t wait to make it for friends. That tagine continues to be a regular on our table. I recently came across a recipe for a Moroccan dish of meatballs in a tomato sauce that uses this spice blend and it was delicious! My son moved across the country and I just sent him some Ras El Hanout so he could have the taste of home…. It’s just that good!

I love this spice on so many things. But the most recent delight was on roasted broccoli and cauliflower. SO delicious.

I had purchased my first spices from Teeny Tiny Spice Company many years ago and was very happy to find them again on line! It took awhile to use up this particular spice, but have now actually been to Morocco and have a tajine so was glad to be able to reorder. Came very quickly! Good service!

My favorite
This is the best Ras El Hanout ever. I use it on everything but best on chicken and I add preserved lemon when roasting a whole chicken or baking thighs. I highly recommend all their products.
