Citrusy, peppery, spicy and aromatic, our Penang Curry has an amazing amount of flavor with the combination of just 8 spices. Combined with sautéed onions and garlic, some coconut milk, a tablespoon or two of nut butter, and a touch of salt or fish sauce, you can use this as the base for any curry dish of your choice. Use it with fish and shellfish, chicken or tofu. Penang also makes a great marinade for chicken or beef satay.
