1 Lb Ground beef, bison, turkey or chicken
2-3 Tbs Teeny Tiny Spice Co. of Vermont® Persian Adwiya
1 Whole Egg
¼ C Bread crumbs
Juice of 1 Lime
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Add the ground meat, bread crumbs and spice.
- Mix until ingredients are well-incorporated.
- Form meatballs (Large or small).
- Cook on stovetop over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add salt to taste if needed.
- Drizzle with a squeeze of lime.
- Serve over pasta, on a crusty roll or alone as an appetizer.
