Persian Adwiya Meatballs

1 Lb             Ground beef, bison, turkey or chicken

2-3 Tbs         Teeny Tiny Spice Co. of Vermont® Persian Adwiya

1 Whole       Egg

¼ C               Bread crumbs

Juice of 1     Lime

 

  • Beat the egg in a bowl.
  • Add the ground meat, bread crumbs and spice.
  • Mix until ingredients are well-incorporated.
  • Form meatballs (Large or small).
  • Cook on stovetop over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Add salt to taste if needed.
  • Drizzle with a squeeze of lime.
  • Serve over pasta, on a crusty roll or alone as an appetizer.
