Persian Adwiya is a blend traditionally used in rice or couscous dishes. It has a delicate flavor profile due to the addition of red and pink rose petals. The refreshing flavors of lemon and orange zest combined with aromatics of coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, cumin and sweet cinnamon make it a lovely blend for broiled fish or chicken. When mixed into ground meat, it makes a delicious burger. Because of the delicate flavor of rose petals, it is not recommended for dishes with long cooking times over high heat.
