This is my favorite spice mix ever. You can use it on anything. For fish, just a light sprinkle and you will get the incredible flavor with a touch of heat but still taste the fish. I use it on steaks on the grill, pork, venison, chicken and pretty much anything you can think of. Use a lot for more heat and intense flavor. Play with it. Use it in stews, gumbos, etc. My guess is it will become your go to for almost any dish.

Can’t get enough
Love to open my can of Whoop Ass! It gets the job done it blends well with our chunky Elk steak chili. As well as our posole! Works excellent in our slow cooked roast’s & chicken!

I have been using this product for years. It is by far the most versatile spice blend I have ever used. Just a sprinkle on fish gives an incredible flavor with little heat. Rubbing a pork tenderloin prior to cooking gives amazing flavor and significant heat. You can use it in soups and stews. Mix it with hamburger meat and you have an amazing burger. There is no limit to its uses. I love this product.
