    Very good in cottage cheese, bean soup, hummus, grilled chicken. Subtleness of the spice in cottage cheese is delightful.

    I am a profession executive chef, culinary instructor and entertainer, and blogger...and just love TTSC spices.The exotic aroma and flavor combination is hypnotic. It mysteriously takes you away to another land of cultural differences yet similar in the cooking methods and love of family memories.

    I sprinkle Persian Adwiya in my Veggie Frittata every morning . Every woman should have rose petals in her breakfast !!!! I also use it my rice dishes.

    Persian Adwiya is just one of the Teeny Tiny Spice Company Spice Blends I enjoy. I have fun playing with my more and flavors. I also have enjoyed the Garam Masala and Ras el hanout in my cooking.

    This is one of my favorite spice blends that I use with meats, eggs, veggies and just about anything else. I like it so much I am giving this to friends for the holidays!

    This is a fabulous addition to many baked goods: muffins, pound cake, angel food cake, corn bread, lemon anything! Also great in rice and veggie side dishes for middle eastern/north african fare. Enjoy!

    I love Persian Adwiya! I use this spice on warm cereals, cooked fruits (apples and pears) and baking.

    this may be the most delightful spice blend I've ever come across. Love the rose and cinnamon. Can't wait to experiment with it more!

    1 heaping tsp of Persian Adwiya was added to a pound of ground pork sausage instead of the usual the Hot Italian Blend or Sage based combo of our own. It sat in the fridge for a few hours to marinate and then formed into thin patties and fried, and served with a spaghetti squash dish. My husband's response to the spice (between chewing) was "I could live on this it is so good".

    Great on fruit. Mixed berries (straw-, blue- and black-) with a splash of half-and-half cream and a sprinkling of sugar has been a long time favorite of mine; now after sprinkling a little of the Persian Adwiya on it, I doubt I'll ever again eat it any other way. Also added complexity to my classic Greek rice pudding recipe. Good on oatmeal and yummy incorporated into a lemon sauce for whitefish. Adds interest to edamame hummus, too.
