We love this mix on meats, in chiles and sauces. A pinch is great in hot chocolate! Chocolate Chili is a wonderful blend of Latin American flavors with maple sugar giving it a Vermont twist.

This stuff is addictive. Not too spicy. Goes well with meat, seafood and veggies.

This is a superb spice mix. I've used it in many creations including a fabulous morning coffee mixture known as Mayan coffee....I order it by the pound and have shared it with many friends after they wanted to know what I was using to create that special flavor. The best!!! Not to mention this company is good for the planet and us..thank you so much!!!
