Ethiopian Berbere
Spicy, flavorful! I love this combination. I use it most often on a recipe for carrots which came with the first tin. Butter, maple syrup and Berbere Together to glaze carrots! Hot, sweet, flavorful!

Yours is the best, as it has more aromatic spices than heat spices. I've found in other berberas to be too hot. We use it in scrambled eggs and many other dishes.

I don't use any other Berbere'!! This spice keeps and it is phenomenal. I've recently moved to an area with Ethiopian shops and I return to Teeny Tiny Spice every time.
