Intense Flavor!
I used this to make Ethiopian Spice Chicken Stew from Eating Well. Their recipe called for 5 table spoons of this spice! Luckily I experimented with one and half and it had tremendous flavor and still and a slow heat. I have also tried the British Curry and love both products so far!

Love It!
I love this spice and especially that it is organic. I made the roasted butternut squash soup that was on the label and it is delicious; though I used 1 Tbs instead of 2 of the spice blend and that was the perfect heat for me. Love your company. I'm very happy to find such a nice selection of organic spices.

Great Taste
I've never tried Ethiopian Berbere before, and bought this to use in a recipe, as it is not a readily available spice blend in my local stores. It had a great flavor, and a nice even heat. I think it would be great to use as a rub. The packaging of the product was very nice and they included a packet of a different seasoning (harissa) that I'm looking forward to trying as well.

Wonderful flavour
I have used this spice mixture in both traditional dishes that would use this spice as well as a seasoning on pork roasts. It just adds such a great "pop" of taste!

A definate "all spice" for your kitchen.
I love this spice, I had to buy a second canister after running out in less than 3 months. If you like a little kick to your scrambled eggs, chicken soup, or even steak I highly recommend this savory spice.
