Vadavan spice
I am on my third tin of this wonderful curry spice and I just love it. It has a little spark to it but it is primarily a rich complex yellow curry that enhances chicken, shrimp, even plain rice. The quality of the spice seems to last a long time in the little tins which are a nice size to stack in a cabinet.

amazing blend
I could a lot of Indian food, and this is my favorite spice blend when I don't have time to toast and blend the individual spices. Hits the perfect notes. Love it.

Great Vadavan curry
I had another brand of Vadavan curry powder that I loved. When I ran out, I found that the company had gone out of business. I tried a different one, but it was not very flavorful. This is at least as good if not better than my previous favorite.

A friend cook some chicken for me using this spice & I loved it. So, I've ordered some and it came yesterday with a sample of Penang Curry, with an attached recipe - Asian Spicy Noodles. Can't wait to try it.

Vadavan was new to me. I tried the chicken recipe on the container and liked it - and the following day I liked it more! The flavor is unique; it is not what I would expect in a curry, but is lighter. It has a sweet-sour tang and a little heat that warms rather than burns. I'll definitely be using this in my cooking with chicken and fish ... and who knows what else!

Amazing and versatile mild curry flavor!
I ADORE this curry! There is a balanced fenugreek presence. I use this with rotisserie chicken seasoning for fried chicken and pork chops and it is soooooo yummy! I even use a pinch with Caribbean Jerk Seasoning from this company and lemon pepper on fish! Use this savory spice blend to fill in flavor gaps in many dishes. I love all the spices I've tried from this company! I'm so grateful they are making such delicious and organic spice blends! Keep up the fantastic job of making me look like a great cook without much effort!
