Vindaloo is the Goan people's Southwest Indian interpretation of a traditional Portuguese wine and meat dish. The heat of our Vindaloo is brief and pleasant without burning, followed by spice, salt and sweet. Combine with wine, coconut milk, broth or water and a bit of vinegar in making a traditional vindaloo curry. We also use it as a dry rub on grilled and pan fried meats and tofu, and mixed in to ground meats.

Fantastic Flavor
The Vindaloo has amazing flavor. It's easy to to dial up the the spice or just keep it wonderfully warm. We use the Vindaloo seasoning several times a week and we all love it (adults and kids alike!).

Incredible flavor!
I received the Vindaloo as a sample with another spice I had ordered. We had never tasted it before but were very impressed with the unique taste. I just ordered a whole tin along with English curry. The quality of the spices is unlike anything I have tasted. Won't be buying anywhere else. I appreciate and enjoy the complimentary recipes. Can't wait to try the sample of Harrisa.
