We rate Chocolate Chili at 4 out of 5 on the heat scale and a 6 out of 5 on flavor.  This blend is one of those rare instances where you get true great flavors along with a deep chili heat.  We love this mix on meats, in chiles and sauces.  A pinch is great in hot chocolate!  Chocolate Chili is a wonderful blend of Latin American flavors with maple sugar giving it a Vermont twist.

    It spices up hot chocolate so much, Now that I’ve tried it in hot chocolate, I’d miss it if it weren’t there!

    This is by far my favorite spice, I love to rub on chicken legs or steaks and then throw them on the grill.... nice heat and combination of flavors.

    A way to change your life

    While I am reviewing one particular spice, I would say this holds true for all of them I ordered. About three months ago, I made a conscious choice to cook more healthily and regularly. The spice mixtures make it so easy to cook with amazing flavors and not add calories or have to search for mixtures yourself. I have been a long time buyer and will continue to be in the future.

    I added some of this to the water my organic sprouted pinto beans were cooking in. It gave them the most awesome flavor. This stuff rocks!
