I love different spices from around the globe. I have 100 or more spices and none of them are neglected. Until I discovered this one. I consistently reach for this spice and use it in a variety of dishes, rice, vegetables , stews and sauces. My son is partial to any dish I make whenever this spice is used. It is not a hot spice and is anything but bland. This blend of spices makes a unique flavor that you can't find anywhere else. It is not a curry flavor in the traditional sense. There is something so satisfying about the whole experience of using this spice; ( maybe it's the 3 different cardamons) from the smell to the taste in almost any dish you can create. It's definitely worth including among your spices.
