It's the best Cajun spice I've found, and I've tried many. I'm a chef and use it in my recipes, people love it! It's a bit expensive but worth the money.
Delicious, good amount of heat, which you can increase or decrease with the amount of spice. If you want less heat, add less blend, and up your added salt a little. Tried it on chicken, pork and shrimp.
