I use this on everything! I put it on meat, veggies, in a dip for bread - and I could go on.
My husband received this as a gift from our daughter. He loves it so much that I just ordered two more tins. He’s used it as a dry rub for smoked chicken wings, brisket, and short ribs. Combined with his traegar grill, this spice is his all time favorite!
We love this spice for steaks and burgers. It has the right amount of heat.
I am a profession executive chef, culinary instructor and entertainer, and blogger. Believe me there are so many spice blends out there. But not a one can compete with TTSC! Just look at the ingredients...OMG! And when to pop the top...the aroma is Devine! I love the tins and you get a Teeny Tiny recipe on the top of the lid...what more do you want from a spice blend. And these blends are not held in huge bins like the Big MC...one of my first jobs in the food industry was selling international food and spice company. I used the provided recipe for barbeque sauce and it is superb.I will buy this again just to make that recipe.

A unique and original flavor, truly delicious. A bit of this spice can make low grade meat taste good...and it turns quality meat into a transcendental experience. I recently slow roasted a rack of pork ribs in a conventional electric oven, basting periodically with a mixture of olive oil and Perfection Spice Rub. My guests all concurred that they were absolutely the best ribs we had ever eaten anywhere.
He especially likes it mixed with his hamburger concoction. And we use it for several other recipes.
Of the seven TT blends I have tried, I think this is my favorite. It is complex and versatile--somehow manages to be smooth and hot at the same time.
