I currently maintain a supply of 21 of the Teeny Tiny Spices, and somehow this one got lost in the mob. Decided to add a heaping tablespoon of Cajun Spice to a longtime favorite Filipino chicken adobo recipe, and it really added some sass. Only moderately hot to my taste, but very flavorful.
