much spicier than I imagined it would be
A fantastic, uplifting taste. Excellent on salmon; it gives it a spicy, tangy taste!!
I am really loving this blend. It is like Old Bay but with more balance and freshness. I have been using it on cod and salmon as well as adding it to my traditional New England chowder as well as New York style chowder, and I have to say that it is Wicked Effin Good! Would probably make driftwood palatable!
