We often cook for vegans and use a lot of roasted sweet potatoes in our dishes. We coat our cut sweet potato pieces in olive oil, then dust with the Ras el Hanout and the flavor is amazing! A little bit of heat and a little bit of sweet, but not too much of either one. The smell when cooking is pretty enticing, as well. We have also used this spice in pumpkin stews and soups and it's out of this world! I ordered a whole pound this time!

I am new to Moroccan cooking and new to Ras el Hanout. But after using Teeny Tiny Spice Company of VT's Ras el Hanout I've become a true fan and want to try more and more recipe's that use it in the ingredients. I love it!
