    Amazing chicken satay

Posted by Rose on 18th Jul 2013

We needed a recipe for an appetizer, so we used the Penang curry chicken satay recipe on the TTSC website. It was amazingly delicious and everyone loved it. The only change I made was to reduce the maple syrup to 2 tbs instead of 4. it was perfect, very flavorful without being too spicy. Can't wait to have it again, this time with shrimp!

    Great, but one fix...

This would be PERFECT if kaffir lime leaves were added. I know they are probably cost-prohibitive at this point but they really would make a difference. Otherwise, delicious!

    not the typical soup!

used it in butternut squash soup...delicious curried soup...also sprinkled on shrimp skewers for the BBQ..also very happy for the screwtop tin as it fell out of the spice cabinet several times and remained intact!!

    Great Thai food at home!

Posted by Nettie on 13th Sep 2012

I followed the easy recipe printed on the can to make a veggie penang curry. I think there were only three or four ingredients along with produce from my garden and we had a delicious feast. It was fast, easy, and delicious!
