this is my second time ordering this spice...I stuck it out to the end using every last bit although it had lost most of it's pizzaz before then. The new tin is so much more fragrant with freshness plus!!!

Organic Garam Masala
I used this in a wonderful coconut rice recipe recommended by Thora, Co-owner of The Teeny Tiny Spice Company, and this time I add the Garam Masala. I found that the longer I allowed the flavors to sit in the dish the more subtle the tastes were. The first day I could taste the mace but after a few days every flavor was subtle and tastier.
Unique surprising spice combination
I think this is one of your best spice mixes. I tried it in a sweet potato casserole for Christmas and it gave a unique kick to the dish that others could not figure out. The molasses cookies were also good.
