OMG I LOVE THIS STUFF. Can’t get enough. I Sprinkle this in everything..eggs, chicken ,fish everything I tell you! This is my favorite of all the blends. Seafood and Adobo are close contenders

Sweet Heat Heaven!!
This is by far my favorite sweet heat spice. The smoky peppery flavor goes so well with chorizo meat breakfast foods, carmelized onions on a southwest style burger, or even as a seasoning for salad dressings. I'm in love with it.

Terrific for fermenting and cooking
We made our first batch of Mexican fermented carrots with 1 Tablespoon of this spice combo and they are delicious. Included carrots, celery, and garlic with Caldwells Starter and salt. Very tasty way to get probiotics with every meal. Also use this in general cooking. Not too hot for me.
